Warranty Information
For warranty returns please send an email to support@adelaideonlinecomputers.com.au including the product description, Detailed product fault (doesn't work/ DOA / broken is not enough detail) your invoice number, purchase date, contact phone number and the return address. NO INVOICE NO WARRANTY.
All Products come standard with one year manufacturer's return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.
A maximum of 15% restocking fee may apply if the product is not faulty and you demand refund.
Adelaide Online Computers will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
Labor and delivery (to and from) may be charged if goods returned are found not faulty.
Software is non-refundable after 3 working days from purchase or if opened.
Networking and software error is not warrantable.
Charges may incur for networking repair due to human error.
Adelaide Online Computers are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any product whilst in transit.
Please make sure that the product you send back to us is faulty as we may have to on charge a labor fee depending on the supplier the product came from if there is a no fault found reported. We test all products where possible returned to us before returning to supplier / manufacture.
